Part Time
Mon - Wed - Fri 10:00 am-4:00 pm working up to a Full-Time position Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5pm to help our Estimators with correspondence, emails, and other tasks.
MUST have QuickBooks and Excel Experience, be self-motivated, reliable and dependable.
Must keep DETAILED records for each piece of equipment on the tasks completed along with hours and mileage with our Head Mechanic for our Site Preparation and Trucking Company.
Responsible for filing all paperwork.
Responsible to input all work that has been completed on that day in QuickBooks for the correct project that we are working on.
