Inside Sales and Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Port Charlotte, Florida
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: $17 - $20 Per Hour DOE
Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for sales and a desire to grow your skills in recruitment and office administration? We’re looking for an Inside Sales and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and make an impact!
Responsibilities:
Conduct inside sales activities, including email outreach and phone calls, to engage potential clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Assist with recruiting tasks, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support front office operations, including managing schedules, greeting visitors, and maintaining office organization.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet recruitment and sales goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn recruitment processes and office duties.
