We are an RV, boat, and trailer outdoor storage facility looking for an experienced and highly reliable Office Management Assistant to work 2-3 days per week - IDEAL FOR A SECOND PART-TIME JOB OR RETIREE!
This person must be trustworthy!
The working hours on the corresponding days are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are also open to a certain degree of flexibility.
The successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:
Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
Experience in Bookkeeping
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented in tasks and handoffs
Active and independent contribution to the work environment and tasks
Should be used to an individual workstation
A polite demeanor is a priority
Very good references
Office Management Assistant responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact, responding incoming calls, emails, and snail mails
Administration of customer files
Writing new contracts with customers
Taking care of customer concerns
Sending out the recurring monthly invoices
Collecting payments
