Auditing, Company Accounting Financial Reports, Spreadsheets, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss,
Trial Balance, Including but not limited to All Financial Reports.
Bank Accounts (Operating, Escrow & Payroll), Credit Card, Merchant Accounts &
Lines of Credit Reconciliations then the General Ledger Journal Entries that follow to close out every
End of Month, Quarter, Bi-Annually or End of Year.
Accounts Payable Mgmt. & Aging, Payment Processes, Management, Vendor Negotiations, &
auto ACH Debits, Bank-to-Bank transfers and Wire transfers.
Accounts Receivables Mgmt. & Aging, Deposits, Change Orders, Billing/Invoicing, Setup QuickBooks
Payroll Disbursements through payroll service(W-2 & 1099’s), Payroll Tax (941 & 940 & RT-6).
Sales and Use Tax for end of Month or End of Quarter for online. E-File & E-Pay.
Advanced GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) knowledge.
Budgeting, Cash Projections, Cost Reductions, Forecasting, Benefits Managements
Valid Florida Driver License, valid Notary or ability to obtain.
