Part time Assistant CAM/Sectary
North Naples High-rise seeks a part-time employee, Perfect job for a retired person or someone needing a job with 'mothers’ hours. Work hours are Mon.-Fri. 9AM to 1PM
Duties include:
Receptionist for Phone calls and emails.
Responsible for building and maintaining files. Digital and paper.
Posting association business to our website.
Reviewing and approving rental applications.
Party Planning,
Tracking Visitors log.
Scheduling Vendors to perform jobs around the building.
Work closely with our CAM.
MUST BE experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher or equivalent along with Outlook and Google Email Server.
Must be comfortable handling phone calls and proper messaging.
