Duties

Assist with various clerical tasks including scanning, submissions, photocopying.
Support office management activities to enhance workflow and productivity.
Provide customer support .
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software,
