We are seeking a skilled Temporary Administrative Assistant for work at a luxury community in Naples, FL. This position is temporary and will last for at least two weeks with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This opportunity is being offered through our staffing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Pay: $20 per hour
