Currently seeking an experiended Assistant Property Manager for work at an apartment community in Naples. Must have strong customer service and bubbly personality, while being professional, and be bilingual in Spanish.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with implementing the approved management plan for the assigned property. The approved management plan includes maintenance of the physical appearance of the property, maintenance of occupancy standards at the highest level achievable, administration, provision of maximum level of service to residents, promotion of excellent resident relations, accounting, reduction of excessive operating costs, and minimization of bad debt.
This is a temporary position that could become permanent for a qualified candidate.
Schedule is Mon-Fri, some weekends might be required, hours between 8a-6p, $22/hour.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in the apartment industry.
Must be bilingual in Spanish with verbal and written communication skills.
Must be reliable and ready to work, have reliable transportation and able to pass a local and national background check.
