A well established commercial-based boutique real estate firm focusing mostly on Hotels, Resorts, Country Clubs, and other commercial real estate assets, has entered into a partnership with an innovative, progressive, international Hotel Development firm to create a new unique, professional, international boutique commercial firm. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in the general public, our new partnership has the goal of purchasing Five (5) to Seven (7) hotels and/or resorts annually in an effort to expand our own international brand. We currently own Seven (7) hotels.
We are seeking experienced, serious-minded and performance oriented professional real estate agents and/or brokers who would like to advance their careers and triple their income. Our experience expands beyond international boundaries and represents the sale, management and development of thousands of hotels and other commercial properties throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Income potential includes the opportunity for 100% commission plus additional benefits such as workman compensation insurance (100% medical plus loss wage) along with an affordable in-house eCommission advance package along with other standard benefits. Agents and/or Brokers will be given the opportunity to select an exclusive territory. FREE ongoing Training is included. You will also have the opportunity to generate additional passive income. We will be interviewing for Ten (10) Exclusive territories in Florida only.
