Business Brokerage Associate – Entry-Level Opportunity with High Earning Potential

The individual must hold an active real estate license and have some background in sales and marketing. This role is best suited for someone who does not need constant supervision, takes initiative, and can develop, implement, and manage database strategies to support lead generation and long-term deal flow.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively generating business owner leads through cold calling, telemarketing, email marketing, and networking
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining database management strategies to organize prospects, track follow-ups, and improve conversion rates
- Managing CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and consistency
- Assisting senior business brokers with marketing and transaction support
- Utilizing AI tools to create and execute advanced sales and marketing techniques
- Supporting confidential marketing efforts for business listings
- Maintaining disciplined follow-up systems without being prompted
- Representing the firm professionally in both virtual and in-person settings
Required Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (required)
- Sales and marketing experience a must
- Proven ability to work as a self-starter with strong initiative and accountability
- Strong computer skills, including database management and CRM platforms
- Experience with email marketing and outbound prospecting
- Comfortable with cold calling, telemarketing, and professional networking
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance sales, marketing, and efficiency
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable
Compensation:
Minimal base pay of $16-$18 per hour based on experience
Commission/Bonus - based compensation with unlimited six-figure earning potential for successful individuals
