South Florida landlord looking for a very part time person 4 hr month typically to preform a weekly lot pick up and review of a 2 tenant (4000 sq ft building)via check list on a monthly basis. typical visual items to report on as such:
Cleanliness condition of the center
Waste bin area cleanliness
check in with tenants to confirm no roof leaks , no issues.
WEEKLY LOT PICK UP OF CUPS , LIDS , LOOSE TRASH
Report issues to home office thru check list , PICS ,and phone and or facetime to see the issue and pictures.
if repairs are needed THE PAY IS $25 HOUR PLUS ALL MATERIAL , ABILITY TO FIX AND REPAIR AS ADDITIONAL INCOME IE. SPRINKLER HEADS , PAINT, REPAIRS, PRESSURE WASH, TREE TRIM BRANCHES, ROOF SEALING , AND seek proper tradesman and obtain quotes as well as inspect final approval of payment FOR LARGER JOBS

HAVE TO BE local to the Port Charlotte area
ability to use cell phone with pictures and facetime, and email.
past handyman background or construction is a must.
ability to climb a ladder if needed to see a problem on a one story flat roof.
friendly personality for tenant interaction.
HANDYMAN APPLICANTS THAT WANT EXTRA WORK DOING REPAIRS, IE SPRINKLER, POT HOLE PATCHING, are best suited for this postion.
