Sun National Title Company LLC has an immediate opening for a Title Processor/Jr. Closer in our Cape Coral FL office who is professional, courteous, motivated and career driven.
You must have a professional appearance, pleasant attitude, knowledge of title insurance processes and closings.
Candidate must possess the following skills and abilities:
Professional communication with fellow co-workers, clients, Realtors and lenders, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with the ability to handle a file load of closing 25 - 50 files per month.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Multi-task and work well under pressure.
Have a record of being reliable and a dependable attendance record.
Able to problem solve title issues.
Proficient using Micro-Soft Office (Word, Excel) and Gmail.
Type 30 WPM minimum
Prior EClosing software experience a plus but not required
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process files from initial opening of file, clearing title, working up the CD/Settlement Statement to provide to lender with title work (file load of closing 20 -25 per month).
Assist in warehousing files after closing.
Initial contact with Seller/Buyer/Realtors/Lenders/Mortgage Broker/Home Owner's Insurance Companies to gather information set closing expectations and explain processes.
Answer/return customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Order HOA estoppels, lien searches, surveys and mortgage payoffs etc.
Re-market to Realtors in collaboration with our marketing staff after closing to promote and generate growth of new clients and maintain existing relationships with current clients.
Attend and actively participate at weekly office meetings (bring new ideas).
Attend continuing education seminars as needed or required.
Minimum of 1 year continuous previous experience as a Title Processor/Closer
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Title Insurance License a plus but not required
Florida Notary Public required or have the ability to apply and obtain Notary Public upon hire
This is a full-time position 40+ hours per week (overtime as required/needed), with a competitive hourly pay rate, plus generous incentive commission. Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues upon hire, paid holidays - both are eligible after successful completion of initial 90 day probationary period. 401k eligible after 90 probationary period and enrollment requirements. Other benefits available - Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance.
