Keyholder/Greeter for Vacation homes wanted
For several Vacation homes in Port Charlotte proper (33948) we are looking for someone to greet and admit guests, handle departure procedures, do or oversee turn-key cleaning, act as a point-person for guests and to see to general home operations (for example: clearing lanai furniture before storm, tidying up after storm, placing bins to curb, flush the toilet once in a while, check water level in pool).
We rent homes year round, long and short-term.
Locals only, if you have to travel a distance it won't be viable.
Long-term only, if you leave the area in the foreseeable future we are not for each other.
You should be reliably accessible by phone and/or email, be able to politely confer with guests to arrange for their wants, ready, willing, and able to physically visit our places.
This is a part-time job with flexible, mostly self-determined hours.
