Project Manager – A/V Company (Naples, FL)
Perfect Solutions, a leading audio/visual integration company based in Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in residential A/V systems, lighting, and shading installations, with some involvement in small commercial projects. As a key player in our company, you will oversee the successful execution of high-quality A/V installations using Control4, Lutron, and other leading technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors and contractors to ensure smooth on-site operations, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Organize and lead regular project status meetings, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project life cycle.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of A/V equipment, ensuring timely availability of essential components.
Identify potential project risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales for accurate scoping and costing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into project designs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in A/V project management or related fields.
Strong understanding of residential A/V systems, particularly Control4 and Lutron products.
Proven track record of managing A/V installations from start to finish.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing technicians and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
Experience managing both residential and small commercial projects.
Familiarity with lighting and shading solutions.
Experience in remote project management is a plus.
