Safebox Technology is currently looking for a new Technician to work at our office or field.
Responsibilities include:
The technician must be comfortable reaching out to customers by phone and email to help with technical support issues.
This job requires a team player with excellent technical, planning, and communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding Windows and Mac operating systems troubleshooting
Knowledge of software such as MS Office 365 /Outlook/Excel
Have a valid Florida driver's license and a CLEAN RECORD.
Electronics repair experience preferred
Good working knowledge of virus and malware removal

Ability to follow an established process without shortcuts to ensure we don't have go-backs
Ability to communicate with clients about what is wrong, what it costs, and then how we fixed it.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
