Duties
Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate interest in our vehicle inventory.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software to ensure consistent engagement.
Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently during test drives and presentations, emphasizing high-end models and premium options.
Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, leveraging upselling techniques, and closing sales that meet both client expectations and dealership goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, fleet managers, and repeat customers through personalized service and professional communication.
Maintain accurate inventory management records, including vehicle availability, pricing adjustments, and sales documentation.
Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to boost dealership visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process—answering questions with phone etiquette mastery, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in retail sales activities by organizing inventory control efforts and supporting dealership operations to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and improving overall dealership performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to connect with diverse customer bases effectively.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments with a focus on negotiation and upselling techniques.
Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines; familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
Solid understanding of automotive products combined with retail math skills for calculating deals accurately.
Ability to perform cold calling and outbound sales calls confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Strong public speaking skills for representing the dealership at events or community functions.
Knowledge of inventory control processes and automotive market trends to support strategic decision-making.
