Smith & DeShields is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Manager for our Naples, FL. We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for sales and team development. This position would oversee and grow our inside sales team. Responsibilities include working with our inside sales staff and customers in our showroom as well as in the field. Applicants MUST have previous millwork experience.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Sales Management experience with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Previous experience in the building supply industry is required
