Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at 75th Bunker, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right firearms, ammunition, and accessories to meet their needs. You'll provide expert guidance, ensuring that customers have a positive and informed shopping experience.
Duties Include:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate products.
Answering questions about firearms, ammunition, and other accessories.
Staying up-to-date on current firearm laws and shop inventory.
Processing sales transactions and assisting with firearm paperwork.
Maintaining the shop floor and keeping product displays organized.
Assisting with in-store promotions and special events.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail or firearms-related setting.
Ability to work Wednesdays through Saturdays.
Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check (firearms sales requirement).
Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with customers.
Familiarity with federal and state gun laws is a plus.
