- Experienced 1 Call Water Treatment Closers needed in or around Ft. Myers, Florida -
We are looking for an experienced closer with water treatment sales success history. We will train you on Water Treatment Sales if you don't have experience in this field, but you must be an experienced 1 call closer. Training typically takes 6 business days with no water experience, during which time you are able to receive commissions from sales made by your trainer. If you have done water treatment sales, it should only take a few days to get you in tune with our program. We also will pay you for the day on one of our service trucks so you can see this side of the business (service, installations, etc.). You will sell and work in your home territory. The only time you need to come to our Central Florida office is for the initial interview, and maybe for the occasional company wide meeting (usually once a year). The rest of the time you will work your local area running free water test leads, and the occasional call in for someone looking for a system. Most reps run between 10-15 company provided leads per week. We pay up to $400 extra for Self Generated Leads!

We like to hire for the long term, and most reps we hire stay for years. There are many reasons folks like selling for FWA. For starters, we can provide legitimate free water test leads on a consistent basis in and around where you live. To elaborate, we can provide 3 appointments in the same zip code, or in neighboring zip codes, each day. No Joke. As you probably know, most sales organizations hop-scotch you all over the place. The reason we can schedule your day more efficiently is because of our advertisement techniques. The founder has been doing this for over 35 years and has dialed the marketing in. He started water treatment in service & installations in 1990, moved his way through sales, then into management, and then started Florida Water Analysis in 2010. This process has given him a unique perspective for all positions and an understanding of what our sales reps, or "testing technicians", are going through. We offer bi-weekly sales meetings on Zoom so you don't have to drive to our corporate headquarters on meeting days to get fired up and learn. These meetings are run by the company founder. We also offer training for as long as you need it, but initial training typically takes 6 business days for those with little or no experience in water treatment.

- STANDARD SALES POSITION HIGHLIGHTS -
- We pay up to 25% in commissions including monthly sales bonuses. Our average rep generates $40-50K a month in gross commissionable sales revenue (the company record month for a single rep is just over $112K!).
For new Sales Reps:
- During training, you get paid 5% of whatever your trainer sells just for being present (up to $250 per day).
- We provide you qualified and set (by us) appointments, or leads. No cold calling!
- We do same day installations (after your sale) 75% of the time.
- You are a sub-contractor, so you will work your own hours (the average rep works 35-40 hours per week including drive time).
- You get paid weekly on your fully completed sales.
- If you so choose, you can participate in the company 401K program that is now available for Sub-Contractors. This is a matched program with up to 4% of what you earn matched by the company.
We offer competitive financing for most folks (with a 600+ credit score) with as low as 1% payments or up to 36 months with 0% interest. Financing paperwork can be done online and takes 15 minutes to get an approval in most cases. We have 2 finance companies and often if one doesn't buy your deal, the other will.
We are a no BS, legit water treatment sales and service organization. If you are a one call closer, you should be making very nice commissions in just a few weeks.
