This role requires commitment to salon policies, procedures, and standards, including maintaining a clean and welcoming work space, attending monthly mandatory salon meetings, personal development meetings, and monthly salon training. Must be open to learning, mentoring, coaching, and eager to grow both personally and professionally. We are willing to train the right candidate through our associated program.
