Position Overview:
As a Renter Lash/Brow Artist at On Point Designs, you will have the opportunity to operate your own beauty service business within our holistic salon. You will provide a range of eyelash and eyebrow services, helping clients enhance their natural features while creating a relaxing and nurturing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality lash and brow services, including lash lifts, lash extensions, brow mapping, shaping, tinting, and styling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash and brow artistry.
- Manage your own appointment schedule and client bookings effectively.
- Promote your services through social media, community engagement, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and harmonious environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Valid certification or licensing in lash and brow services in accordance with state regulations.
- Minimum [ 4 years] of experience in lash extensions and brow artistry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity in lash and brow services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for enhancing natural beauty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive salon environment.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly and holistic beauty products is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Marketing skills or a social media presence to promote your services is a plus.
