Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various systems and networks.
Provide technical support and training to end users on new systems and applications.
Assist in the installation and configuration of network and various other technology equipment.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of computer networks, and storage systems.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android and ios) and common software applications.
Basic knowledge of network security principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective user support.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
