We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to delivering high-quality service, and takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction.
For Phase V the safety of our team members is our priority, so we are implementing continuous enhanced cleaning and safety protocols based on guidelines provided by the CDC and U.S. government. We provide masks and protective equipment to all employees and work to maintain social distancing practices in the workplace to ensure safety.

Requirements:
Open for local residents of the Fort Myers surrounding area
Walk or stand for most of the shift
Strong work ethic
Reliable transportation
Must be able to speak and read English
Must have basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes throughout the day (up to 50 lbs.)
Punctual, dependable and reliable
Team oriented with the ability to work well and communicate with others.
