Service First is looking for experienced installers to join our growing team. We offer work year-round, not just seasonal! Qualified candidates need to have at least 2 years of successful AC Install experience.
Pay is $700 per day for the team. Includes split systems regardless of vertical or attic, mini splits, package units all pays the same. Ductwork is $400 per ton
Some service experience is required as our installers also run on call once every 5-6 weeks.

Requirements:
Residential and light commercial HVAC service experience: 2 years
Ability to be in on call rotation 1 week every 5-6 weeks
EPA Universal certification
Maintain own hand tools; torches, vacuum pump etc.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving
