Job Summary:
The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role involves overseeing client projects, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring on-time project completion, and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and requests in a timely manner.
Manage and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and timely completion.
Conduct site visits to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
