Requirements :
Posses a minimum of 3 years of experience prepping and spraying automotive finishes.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control.
Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds without the need for accommodation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
Duties :
Prepare surfaces to be refinished using BASF single stage and base coat / clear coat finishes.
Ability to read technical data sheets, as well as compensate for specific spraying environments.
Mix and spray material according to manufacturer specifications.
Clean and maintain spray equipment, as well as work area.
Nib, sand, and polish to achieve flawless final finish.
Conduct thorough inspections and verify that the finished surface meets the required quality standards.
Identify and rectify defects and errors.
