Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Mechanic who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
