Key Responsibilities
Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and ensuring smoothness.
Apply stains, paints, sealants, and clear coats to cabinetry, achieving desired finishes per project specifications.
Operate spray equipment and other tools to ensure precision and uniformity in finishes.
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cabinet finishing or a related field.
Proficiency with finishing tools and techniques, including spray guns, sanders, and stains.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of woodworking and cabinetry construction is a plus.
