Must have good safety work habits
Able to work with others
Able to read blueprints/ shop drawings,
Able to build from shop drawings and blueprints
Excellent worksite appearance. pants, collared shirt.
Able to read standard/ metric tape measures and micrometers.
Good judge on reading end result.
