Home builder remodeling rental units in the Bayshore Drive area needs a do all, carpenter / handyman that can do alot of different types of work. Little bit of drywall patching, job organization, painting interior, door locks, hang a ceiling fan, bathroom tile, floor tile, painting exterior, cleaning, hang a screen door, base board, hanging an interior door, cut and install casing , hang a few cabinets, set a toilet, install screen in aluminum enclosure. scrape floors, install address numbers, mail boxesetcetc.Clean up & organize jobsite daily.
Little bit of everything.you must have previous experience.no training on this job
3 months worth of work without a doubt but could lead to full time work forever.your choice.you must have a CAN-DO attitude.
You need to have all your own tools and transportation .you need to work unsupervised and get things done.
