Wanted- Carpenter that has work comp exemption, that can work as a 1099 subcontractor, to install LVL joists and beams framing, able to hand-drive a nails, can read a tape measure can cut dimensional lumber to length accurately and make a square cuts, non-smoker, experience in framing and follow directions. Lots of LVL to rip and install for the construction of a mezzanine floor. Expect this job to take 3-4 weeks. Pay compensatory with experience and skills. Non Smoker.
