Job Duties
Be able to layout according to plans and specification.
Be able to execute plans for rough installation and trim.
Be able to hot check and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
Work with and potentially lead up 7 electricians
Create proper material lists during job install and create thorough material lists for complete trim after rough
Be able to work with lighting control systems on the installation side ( design and program by others) Willing to train program and design if aptitude is displayed
Read and understand company policies and carry out as intended per handbooks
Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Minimum Candidate Requirements Include:
Must have extensive knowledge of electrical tools, supplies and components.
Must have own tools and have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Communication
Must be able to communicate job necessities, problems, and potential issues that arise with each job with supervisors and contractors with whom you will be working with.

Pay is based off of experience and performance
Paid Holidays after 90 days
Vacation days after one year 1 week after 5 years 2 weeks after 8 years 3 weeks
After 90 days employed (probation period) $1500 sign on bonus
