What you’ll do
Finish phase on single-family production homes
Install switches/receptacles (incl. GFCI/AFCI), hang lights/fans, doorbells/smokes
Terminate & label panels, test circuits, clear punch, pass inspections
Follow builder specs and NEC basics
What you need
Recent residential trim experience (tract homes a plus)
Can read prints, work neat, and hit schedules
Basic hand/power tools; valid Florida driver’s license
Authorized to work in the U.S.
