Responsibilities (Electricians):
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes
Provide professional customer service on every job site
Responsibilities (Helpers):
Assist electricians with installations and repairs
Pull wire, carry materials, and keep job sites organized
Learn and grow in the trade under the guidance of licensed electricians
Requirements (Electricians):
Valid Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or higher) preferred
3+ years of experience in residential or commercial work
Strong troubleshooting and code knowledge
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements (Helpers):
Willingness to learn and work hard
Ability to follow directions and work safely
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
