Must be able to accurately diagnose mechanical & electrical issues on most major brands.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety while producing quality work.
At least two years of motorcycle technical training.
Work in a clean professional manner with high attention to detail.
Minimize comebacks and deal with them promptly and professionally.
Must own a complete set of tools.
Have basic computer skills.
Follow safety guidelines both in the shop and while out performing test rides.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees.
Have a positive and friendly attitude.
Have the ability to move a 800lb motorcycle and be able to lift heavy parts.
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must have a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement.
