Bahama Glass & Window is a successful, window and door installation company looking for a Service Technician to work in our Service Department.
The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have excellent customer service skills. The candidate must speak fluent English, have a valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record, and be willing to work 40+ hours per week outside.
They will be responsible for trouble shooting and repairing various window and door issues for PGT, Marvin & Andersen products, replacing damaged or defective items – including reglazing PGT Aluminum Impact windows, and will provide basic product information to our customers. May include ladder & scaffold work.
They will provide service that exceeds our customer’s expectations. This position requires a positive attitude, basic carpentry and window and door knowledge, good communications skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, good time management skills, and be able to lift impact rated windows and door panels (100 lbs).
This position requires daily travel within Lee and Collier counties. We are looking for team members who are trustworthy, dedicated, have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, are team oriented and have a commitment to customer service.
Candidate must have a CLEAN driving record, as they will be driving a company vehicle to and from the job-sites.
This is a full-time position. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. We offer, health, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) with company matching and paid vacation.
We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. Pay will increase along with skill level.

Experience:
Window / Door Service (PGT, Marvin, Andersen Preferred): Minimum of 1 year (Preferred)
Must have valid FL Driver's License with a CLEAN driving record (Required)
