Falcon Contracting Group is a growing residential remodeling company serving Naples, Marco Island, and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to support onsite operations for active remodel projects.
This role will start project-based, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time W-2 position as project volume increases.
Location: Collier and Lee County, FL
Compensation: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience
Vehicle allowance available based on role structure
Position Overview:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations and supporting production across active remodel projects. This is a hands-on field role focused on organization, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and communication.
Initial focus will be on a major upcoming remodel project, with the opportunity to support additional jobs as scheduling allows.
Schedule:
Flexible, based on project needs. Typical hours align with standard jobsite operations, with occasional early mornings, inspections, or extended days depending on project milestones.
Responsibilities include:
Daily onsite job oversight
Coordinating subcontractors and verifying quality of work
Maintaining jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
Managing material deliveries and jobsite consumables
Coordinating and attending inspections
Identifying schedule issues and assisting with problem-solving
Providing regular updates, photos, and notes using Buildertrend
Communicating with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors
Supporting multiple projects as workload requires
Requirements:
Prior construction or field supervision experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluent English required, bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish or Portuguese)
Comfortable using construction project management software, specifically Buildertrend
Must have own reliable truck capable of pulling a trailer
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional, organized, and dependable
