Great growing company looking to add another punch out person to our team.
Experience is preferred but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are most important. Willing to train the right person. Must be legally able to work in US.
Bilingual English/Spanish a HUGE plus.
We sub out most of our work but, as part of our punch out team, you would be involved with a wide variety of construction related activities (some skilled-some labor) spanning the entire home building process.
There will be a core group of tasks to be completed at various phases of each build. There will also be many miscellaneous tasks that will need to be tackled as they crop up throughout the week.
Some of the regular tasks include:
-Installing door knobs, bathroom accessories, mailboxes, some appliances, and house numbers.
-Prepping and applying epoxy coating to garage floors (will train).
-Minor drywall repair including matching skip trowel texture.
-Touch up painting as needed.
-Cleaning the end of driveway/road for DOT inspections.
-Wiring hot water heater (will train).
-Keeping new grass watered during dry season.
-Installing a plants/mulch.
While much of the work is repetitive, it will never be boring as there is always something that crops up to be handled. General handyman skills will be helpful.
Candidate will be part of a 3 person team with occasional independent work.
