We are in need of an experienced HVAC service manager to join our established, thriving company. We are looking for a strong leader that can guide the service department & also be skilled at dealing with customers. Must have previous management experience & a minimum of ten years previous hvac technician experience. This is a full time position & you will be working through out Lee & Collier counties.
A strong mechanical aptitude is needed & proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues. The ability to work on various brands & newest brands of equipment are a must.

Able to communicate clearly & make calls to customers
Friendly, personable, responds to customer concerns & enjoys making our customers happy
Valid USA work status & drivers license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a background check & drug screening test
HVAC & EPA certification is A+
