PRST is actively hiring for skilled Concrete Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with all aspects of concrete work, from site preparation to finishing. You’ll be responsible for high-quality flatwork around pools, splash pad areas, and more. If you know your way around a trowel and can handle the Florida sun, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prep and perform dirt work to ensure solid foundations
Build and set forms for concrete pours
Pour, spread, and level concrete slabs
Expertly finish concrete for smooth, even surfaces
Complete flatwork around pools and splash pad areas with attention to detail
Follow safety protocols and company policies on every job site
Requirements:
Proven experience with concrete prep, form building, slab pouring, and finishing
Strong knowledge of flatwork, especially around pools and splash pads
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable attendance: punctual, ready to work at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Pay Range: $20 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts
