Looking for a Lead Electrician with 8 years of experience or more. Knowledgeable in commercial and residential electrical codes. Knowledgeable in both new construction and remodels. With the willingness and ability to lead a team. With reliable transportation to our warehouse and a clean driving record. Qualifying applicants start at $45 an hour.
3J's Electric LLC is a small electrical company on Marco Island, FL. We are family owned and operated, and we strive to maintain a supportive environment as we do our best to provide our local community with frendly and professional electrical service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure electrical systems are integrated properly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on electrical projects
Requirements:
- High voltage experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to electrical work
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in frame carpentry for installation purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals on the job site
- Valid electrician's license or certification is required
