We are a well established and busy Southwest Florida HVAC company based out of North Fort Myers, and are seeking an outstanding Lead HVAC Installer. We are looking for a Lead Installer that doesn't just know the work, but is a leader and can motivate his helpers to get the job done properly and efficiently. The lead installer must have 5 years experience, have all necessary tools and know all factors related to installing split systems, package units, mini-splits, ductwork and add-on items like UV light systems. Install helpers must have at least 1 year of continuous experience installing AC systems.
NOTE: Applicants MUST speak and write English and be able to pass a drug screening.
