Responsibilities:
Tile Installation: Measure, cut, and lay tile with precision.
Drywall: Hang, tape, mud, and finish to flawless standards.
Windows: Install and seal for optimal fit and insulation.
Stucco: Apply durable, aesthetic finishes to surfaces.
Trim Carpentry: Install baseboards, crown molding, and wood trims with detail.
General Construction: Assist with framing, painting, and finishes as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in relevant construction trades.
Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have own tools
Preferred:
Certification in a relevant trade.
Proficiency with power tools.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
