Serving Southwest Florida since 1999, we are the leading marine technology company installing and servicing Navigation, Control, Entertainment and Comfort systems in Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties.
Flexibility of skills needed:
– Safely cut dash panels on boats
– Understand how to keep a boat clean
– Everything electrical on Boats AC & DC
– Welding (TIG & MIG) and fabrication of stainless and aluminum fixtures
– CNC fabrication or panels, supporting equipment & parts
– Structural Fiberglass
– Boating experience
– Navigation experience
– Stereo and amplifier knowledge
– Integration & automation systems
Mandatory Skills: – Experienced use of hand tools (wire crimpers, RJ45 tools, etc…) – Experienced use of handheld power tools (drills, sawzall, Dremmel) – Knowledge of 12V and 24V DC circuits – Knowledge of 120V AC circuits – Must be willing to continuously learn new products and procedures – Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work with other employees and our high-end clients – Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs overhead.
Many great candidates for this position have come from outside the marine industry: We have aviation A&P mechanics, automotive mechanics, trim carpenters, car stereo installers and home theater.
We operate 8:30-5:00 M-F occasionally over time is available if you wish. We are seeking career minded applicants. Pay is based on skills and motivation, we will train the right person.

A clean driving record is required.
