Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Master Plumber who is skilled in all aspects of residential plumbing. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and complete jobs efficiently. This role includes the use of a company vehicle and requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
Install and service toilets, water heaters, filtration systems, and backflows
Perform jetting, drain cleaning, and repiping
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot plumbing systems, and ensure compliance with local codes
Lead and mentor other plumbers when needed
Provide excellent customer service, explaining work performed to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle
Qualifications:
Master Plumber License (Required)
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in residential plumbing
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, local codes, and best practices
Experience with water heaters, filtration systems, backflows, jetting, and repiping
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills—must be able to clearly communicate with homeowners
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (crawl spaces, attics, outdoors, etc.)
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required
