Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Residential Electrician with hands-on experience in residential wiring, service calls, and remodels to join our growing team in Collier County, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Base knowledge required, advanced skills can be taught OTJ.
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Run conduit, wire outlets, switches, panels, and lighting systems.
Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of residential electrical experience.
Can communicate in English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-> The correct candidate will qualify for a work van and gas card after a probationary period.
Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Preferred but not required:
Journeyman license or equivalent experience.
Experience with generators.
Small sized commercial jobs experience.
Home service calls.
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Weekly pay.
Performance Bonuses.
40 Hour work week - Must be reliable.
-> 7am-3pm
