Craftsmen Contractors are looking for an experienced person who knows how to clean and maintain Tile on an Industrial level for one of our client in Bonita Springs.
Job will consist of job site clean-up of new and existing tile on site. Wiping down, and maintaining work site and area where clean up needs to be taken place.
$50 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER YOUR FIRST 40 HOURS ON SITE
Task include but not limited to
New Tile install. After tile has been install, clean of the areas worked on to keep sites maintained and neat.
Clean up loose debris. Sweep or vacuum your tile floors if need be, regularly to keep them from getting dull. Ceramic tiles may be resistant to dirt, but sand and grit can dull the glazed surfaces
Clean tile. Use of mild detergent and clean water using a rag or chamois-type mop rather than a sponge mop. These mops are best for cleaning tile because sponge mops push dirty water into the grout lines, making them harder to clean
Watch for soap residue. If your tiles look hazy after cleaning, you might be dealing with soapy residue.
Dry the tiles. Don't let your glazed tile floors air-dry, as the sitting water will form water spots. Instead, dry the floor with a clean, lint-free cloth immediately after washing.
Requirements:
Must have ALL PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to work on construction job site - hard hat, steel toe boots, safety gloves, mask, safety vest and safety glasses
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
Must have great work ethic.
Must be able to follow direction.
1 year of construction experience preferred.
