Purpose:
Pure Water Pools of Naples is looking for a full-time pool repair technician to join our team. Position is Monday through Friday starting in the early morning, totaling 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is $25 to $30, based upon experience.
Applicant needs to have strong customer service skills and be self-motivated, team player. The job is mostly independent work and involves traveling from customer to customer in a company provided vehicle.
Please note: This position requires knowledge in pool maintenance and equipment operations and repairs for swimming pools. Commercial and residential knowledge preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Diagnose pool equipment problems and provide solutions to each repair job, as assigned.
-Knowledge on how to service and repair pool automation systems, pumps, filters, underwater lighting, and heating systems.
-Experience in installing Jandy, Hayward and Pentair pool equipment.
-Pool plumbing knowledge and repairs.
-Communicate with customers and our team on what the problems are, and how to repair them.
-Test and report any water chemistry issues that are being provided by maintenance technicians.
-Follow all safety protocols within industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
-Keep company provided vehicle clean and organized.
Performance Incentive:

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
-Ability to pass a background check.
-Ability to use a smart device.
-Handle all matters to a high standard of integrity and professionalism, while delivering quality service and repair.
-High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements of the Position: This job requires the lifting, moving, and handling of heavy equipment & materials.
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and stretch with frequency throughout an 8-hour shift.
