Pool Tech Route Supervisor
Well established pool cleaning and repair service requires a pools route supervisor.
Skills required : Excellent Customer Service communication skills.
Inter-personnel management.
Thorough pool management knowledge: Chemical balancing, cleaning, including some mechanics. Salt systems, trouble shooting.
Working knowledge of Quickbooks on line.
CLEAN, VALID driver license required.
Bilingual is an advantage
Ideal candidate will have at lease 2 years of management experience in the pool industry, fleet management, the ability to train new employees, and implement company policies. Preform quality control as needed.
Must have organization skills, and the ability to prioritize.
The ability to self manage; fill in for routes as required.
Respond to trouble tickets, advise customers of pool issues requiring action. A good sense of humor is always welcome.
Hours Monday through Friday 6 AM to as required by day's activities but usually 3 or 4 PM (1 - 5pm per week ) some Saturdays required.
We offer work vehicles (not take home), uniform shirts.
Pay based on experience/ salaried position.
Bonus after 90 Days
PD Vacation after one year
MUST like dogs.
About us: Cannonball Pool Service, was started by Bill Brown 13 years ago as a one man pole truck; has grown to over 1000 customers and 10 routes. We have a fleet fourteen trucks, with eleven hammerheads. All tools required. We supply work truck, (Not a take home). Our office is a friendly, mostly cheerful environment. No weapons of any kind, no drugs permitted. Facial Tats and ear plugs are not welcome.
