Looking for a Project Manager / Superintendent Must have experience in Hurricane shutter installation and Flood protection MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ! We are a full service and installation company and we service from Everglades city to Sarasota County and sometimes beyond. Candidate Must be good at handling crews and making sure jobs are complete and ready for inspections.
Your duties will include:
Lay out and final measure of new jobs sold
Working with permitting department on layouts of where Hurricane shutters and or flood protection is to be installed
Ordering materials for new and existing jobs
Occasionally delivering Materials to jobs
Walking and laying out the job with installers
Meeting with the home owners and or project managers addressing any issues there may be
Assisting with new shop drawings
Working with the shop doing layouts for fabrication of custom welded projects
BEING BI-LINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS
This Position Comes with a Company Truck Gas allowance and peridium's
A CLEAN DRIVERS LICENCE IS REQUIRED NO DUI'S OR RECKLESS DRIVING ON RECORD
